1.Delete it yourself
It works the same in the iPhone app and on the website.
- Open the app, or sign in at livetranslations.video (opens in a new tab).
- Open Account from the menu, or go straight to the Account page.
- Choose Delete account.
- Type the email address of your account.
- Confirm.
Your account is deleted at once and you are signed out.
2.If you cannot sign in
Write to info@heaven-interactive.com from the email address of your account, with the subject Delete my account. We delete it within 30 days, and we may ask you to confirm the request first.
3.What is deleted
- Your uploaded videos
- Your finished dubs and your dub history
- Your push notification tokens
- Your consent records: the one-time agreement to send audio to ElevenLabs, and the confirmation you gave on each dub
- The reports you filed about dubs
- Your profile and your sign-in account
- If you used Sign in with Apple: the token Apple issued to us, revoked with Apple and then deleted
4.What is kept
- Purchase records, without a link to you, for 7 years, because accounting rules require it.
- Our payment processor and Apple keep their own records of your payments under their own policies.
- Encrypted database backups roll over within 7 days.
5.Unused credits
Unused credits are forfeited when the account is deleted, and they are not refunded. If you are owed a refund for a website purchase under our terms, ask for it before you delete the account. If you bought credits in the iPhone app, a refund is a matter for Apple under its own rules.
