Terms of service

By using the platform at livetranslations.video (opens in a new tab) (the "service") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

These terms are a binding agreement between you and LiveTranslations ("we", "us", "our").

LiveTranslations dubs video with synthetic voice. You can:

• submit a video by YouTube link, TikTok link or direct upload
• choose one of 29 target languages
• hear the first 10 seconds dubbed, free, once
• spend credits to dub the whole video

The service is provided as it is and as it is available.

• You need an account, created with a valid email address or with Google sign-in.
• You must be at least 16 years old.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.
• One person, one account. Do not share an account and do not create several.
• Give accurate information when you sign up, and keep it current.

What a credit buys

A dub costs one credit per minute of source video, rounded up to the next whole minute. Credits are bought in advance, in packs, through our payment processor.

The free preview

Every account gets one free 10-second preview, on its first video. A preview costs no credits.

How credits behave

• Credits cannot be moved between accounts.
• Credits do not expire.
• Prices are in euro and include applicable tax.

When a dub fails

If a job fails for a technical reason, the credits it consumed return to your balance automatically. You do not have to ask.

• Failed jobs: credits return to your balance automatically.
• Quality: if you are unhappy with a dub, tell us within 48 hours of it finishing. We refund the credits or re-dub it, at our discretion.
• Unused credits: you may ask for your money back on unused credits within 14 days of purchase, as EU consumer law requires (Directive 2011/83/EU).
• Spent credits: credits already consumed by a finished dub are not refundable in money.

You agree not to:

• submit video you do not hold the rights to translate or adapt
• produce content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, threatening, obscene or otherwise objectionable
• impersonate a real person without their consent, or make deceptive content
• reverse-engineer, decompile or gain unauthorised access to the platform
• overload the service with scripts, bots or excessive requests
• get around rate limits, credit checks or access controls
• resell, redistribute or sublicense the service or its output in breach of anyone's rights

Your video

You keep every right you already hold in the content you submit. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit it for dubbing.

The dub

The dubbed output is yours to use, personally or commercially, subject to any rights held by the original creator. We claim no ownership of your content or of the dub.

The platform

The platform — its design, code, brand and models — belongs to us or to our licensors. Nothing here grants you rights in it beyond using the service.

We may refuse to process, or remove, content that:

• breaks the law
• infringes someone else's intellectual property
• contains hate speech, violence or sexually explicit material
• risks harm to a person or a group

• We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
• Maintenance, updates and changes may briefly affect availability.
• We may modify, suspend or discontinue part of the service with reasonable notice.
• If we discontinue the service we give at least 30 days notice and time to download your remaining files.

To the fullest extent the law allows:

• we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages
• we are not liable for lost profit, revenue, data or business opportunity, direct or indirect
• our total liability for any claim is capped at what you paid us in the 12 months before the event that caused it
• these limits apply whatever the legal theory — contract, tort, negligence, strict liability or otherwise

Nothing here excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

The service is provided as it is and as it is available, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the service will meet your requirements, that a dub will be free of errors, that the service will be uninterrupted or secure, or that every defect will be corrected.

You agree to indemnify LiveTranslations and its officers, directors, employees and agents against claims, damages, losses and reasonable legal costs arising from your use of the service, your breach of these terms, your breach of anyone else's rights, or the content you submit.

• By you: delete your account whenever you like. Unused credits are forfeited on voluntary deletion unless you ask for a refund within the period above.
• By us: we may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, behaves abusively or puts the platform at risk. Where it is reasonably possible we give notice and a chance to download your files.

After termination your data is handled as the privacy policy describes.

These terms are governed by the law of the European Union and of the member state in which we are established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

If something goes wrong, write to info@heaven-interactive.com first — most disputes end there. If we cannot settle it informally within 30 days, it goes to the competent courts.

None of this affects your statutory rights as a consumer under EU law, including your right to bring proceedings in the courts of the country where you live.

We may change these terms. A material change moves the last-updated date at the top of this page and, for significant changes, arrives by email. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept the revised terms.

If a court finds any provision here unenforceable, that provision applies as far as it lawfully can and the rest stays in force.
