LiveTranslations ("we", "us", "our") operates the video dubbing platform at livetranslations.video. For any privacy-related inquiries, contact us at contact@livetranslations.video.
2. Data We Collect
- Account data: Email address and display name via Google OAuth sign-in.
- YouTube URLs: Links you submit for dubbing. We do not store the original video content beyond processing.
- Payment data: Processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Usage data: Dub history, credit balance, and language preferences.
3. How We Use Your Data
- To provide the dubbing service (audio is processed via our AI dubbing engine).
- To manage your account and credit balance.
- To process payments through Stripe.
- To send transactional emails (job completion, receipts).
4. Third-Party Processors
- AI Dubbing Provider: Audio dubbing and voice synthesis.
- Stripe: Payment processing.
- Supabase: Authentication and database hosting (EU region).
- Vercel: Application hosting.
5. Data Retention
Dubbed output files are retained for 30 days after generation, then automatically deleted. Account data is retained for the lifetime of your account. You may request deletion at any time.
6. Your Rights (GDPR)
Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to:
- Access: Request a copy of all personal data we hold about you.
- Rectification: Correct any inaccurate data.
- Erasure: Request deletion of your account and all associated data.
- Portability: Receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
- Objection: Object to processing of your data for specific purposes.

7. Legal Basis for Processing
